What is nurse coaching?

Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. Unlike therapy, nurse coaching does not focus on diagnosis, treatment, or processing the past.
This program will help you think clearly, make decisions, and change how you experience your work and life in real time.

ARC coaches are certified through accredited programs, and they prioritize evidence-based practices adapted specifically for healthcare environments. Nurse coaching integrates mind, body, and emotional regulation to support nurses and healthcare professionals doing high stakes, emotionally demanding work.

What is ARC?

ARC works with both healthcare facilities and individuals.

With organizations, ARC helps change culture by reducing emotional labor, strengthening communication, and building steady, self-led teams.

With individuals, ARC works with nurses and other healthcare professionals to change how they experience their work and their lives.

ARC operates at the identity and decision-making level, not surface motivation or coping. We don’t teach coping. We teach clarity, self-trust, and emotional authority.

We are nurse-owned and helps nurses do hard things without being hard on themselves. We break down narratives that have been breaking clinicians down for years. ARC is a belief-based coaching company reinventing well-being in healthcare. Your work as a nurse or a doctor will fill your cup instead of empty it.

When do I need a coach?

Right now. Coaching is for you whether you feel on a roll—or you feel stuck and ready for something to change. It’s also for you when you:

    • Are ready to move off a plateau where nothing is really changing
    • Want support accessing emotions you’ve been avoiding
    • Keep thinking instead of deciding
    • Want more time, confidence, or peace without burning out

Coaching isn’t a last resort, it’s how capable people create momentum before or after life forces it. If you’re done trying to figure it out alone, coaching is for you.

Does ARC work?

Of course we are going to say it does, but let's talk about why our method works.

ARC works because it provides usable tools for your existing life and work—not concepts that require extra time, energy, or perfect conditions.
People use ARC in real moments to:

    • Create more time by reducing mental and emotional overload
    • Make decisions without spiraling or second-guessing
    • Improve relationships at work and at home
    • Increase confidence, leadership impact, and income

This is a repeatable life process that produces immediate results and compounds over time.
ARC works because it fits into the spaces you already live and work.

How much  does it cost?

It all depends on the service. We offer equitable pricing options because we are healthcare professionals, too.

How long  does ARC take?

ARC’s core coaching program is six weeks, one hour per week. Most people begin to notice changes within the first few weeks because the tools are used in real life, right away.

How long it takes depends on your goals—but ARC is designed to create momentum quickly, not drag things out.

For group work, we we work with groups for 90 days
